Calamondin/Calamansi (Tắc)

Calamondin, also known as Citrus × microcarpa or Citrofortunella microcarpa, is a small citrus tree that produces small, round fruits resembling miniature oranges. The fruit is typically orange in color when ripe and has a thin skin. It is known for its intensely sour, tangy flavor, which is balanced by a hint of sweetness. Calamondin is a hybrid between kumquat and mandarin orange.
