Arsenal and Manchester United are both in the race to sign Abdallah Sima with a number of other sides declaring their interest in the forward.

The Premier League rivals will battle it out over the summer to try and lure the teenage striking sensation to one of the Emirates or Old Trafford.

The Evening Standard reports that Slavia Prague have already received a £25m bid from an unnamed club, though his price tag is likely to raise as the interest continues.

With a number of key players looking increasingly likely to exit in the summer, many of whom are attackers, Arsenal have began to scour the market for a replacement for the likes of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah.

The Gunners have endured a dismal season, particularly in front of goal with Mikel Arteta's side finding the net on just 49 occasions, the lowest amount out of any of the 'big six'.

Captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has had his worst campaign in an Arsenal shirt, boasting just 10 Premier League goals with just three games to go, 12 short of his tally last time out.

Abdallah Sima knows what it takes to score against Premier League opposition

In a bid to rectify the glaring issue, the Gunners have been linked with Slavia Prague forward Sima.

The 19-year-old has bagged 19 goals in all competitions for the Czech outfit, and has already notched against Premier League opposition after he scored in Slavia's Europa League victory over Leicester.

Arsenal, Manchester United and West Ham have all been touted as potential suitors for the striker, but one of them will have to meet the £50m price tag Slavia have placed on him.

Some reports indicate a deal could be done for slightly less, with the forward’s representatives in constant conversation with a number of Premier League clubs as well as French giants Paris Saint-Germain.

It is thought Sima would prefer a move to a Premier League outfit, with Arsenal or Manchester United the picks of the bunch.

The Manchester Evening News first revealed United's eagerness in the striker last month, stating how the Red Devils' interest in Sima stems from the club shifting their focus in a transfer sense from 23-28-year-olds to younger talent with more of an eye to the future.

The report went on to claim that if Slavia cash in on Sima this summer he would be eligible for a governing body endorsement.

Players must obtain a GBE from the Football Association before they can play for a new English club.

This revelation may spark a frenzied pursuit of the Senegalese striker from a number of clubs battling it out over his signature.
