FootMercato have reported the interest of several clubs heating-up for RC Lens centre-back, Loïc Badé. The 20-year-old has attracted the eyes of some huge clubs, including Liverpool and AC Milan, with Leeds United now joining the race of admirers who could move on Badé in the summer.

The French outlet had this to say when analysing the young Frenchman’s game:

“Already boss of the Artesian defense (16 matches started as a holder), Badé, replaces, harangues, motivates his troops like an old man. Skillful with the ball on the foot, Badé is able to bring out the balls cleanly and has a good passing quality.

“With a well above average head game, he is one of the players winning the most aerial duels in Europe.”

Loïc Badé has made just 23 senior appearances in his career between La Havre and RC Lens and is already attracting interest from Europe’s biggest clubs, with the French holding him in very high regard already. Rennes and Lyon are also interested in Badé while Borussia Mönchengladbach have also been scouting the centre-back.

However, Badé seems to have made his decision to stay at RC Lens until the summer before making a decision on his next destination, and plenty more clubs are expected to knock on the door between now and then.
