Haugland could be the latest overseas talent to head to Leeds United.
Niklas Haugland appears to have confirmed his arrival at Leeds United on Instagram.
The Norwegian teenager was rumoured to have joined Leeds on trial last month.
And he was one of the United youngsters involved on a recent trip to Holland – although it is unclear whether he has indeed signed for the Yorkshire club.
Haugland posted the following images, alongside the caption ‘******* Get In #team!’ on Sunday – attracting replies from young Whites Joshua Rae, Cole Gibbon and Connor Blunt:
Haugland’s Instagram profile reveals prior spells at Bayern Munich and Red Bull Salzburg.
Leeds count Norwegians Eirik Bakke and Alfe-Inge Haaland among their alumni, and remain popular in the pair’s home country.
Haaland’s son, Erling Braut of Molde FK, and Martin Odegaard of Real Madrid are among the Scandinavian nation’s top emerging talents.
And Leeds fans may soon be acquainted with Odegaard, who has been linked with moves to their Championship rivals Aston Villa and Derby County in the loan window.
