Katie Piper marries fiancé Richard Sutton

Katie Piper is officially a married woman! The TV presenter said 'I do' to fiancé Richard Sutton in a stunning ceremony on Friday afternoon.

Overwhelmed with emotion and love the former model said it was "only second to the birth of our daughter, marrying Richie has been one of the best days of my life and I am happy to have shared it with my close friends and family."

The bride looked stunning in a high-neck lace dress, accompanied with a long two-tiered veil pinned into the back of her hair and elegant long train. Her new husband looked very dapper in a grey suit with a tail jacket.

After planning the nuptials for several months Katie finally got the fairytale wedding that she has dreamed of. The couple got engaged last December when carpenter Richie popped the question during a romantic meal. Revealing the news to her fans she wrote on Twitter: "So excited to tell you all.............. I became someone's fiancé last night! I'm engaged to be married :)".

Their wedding came a year-and-a-half after the acid attack survivor gave birth to their daughter Belle. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! about her little girl she said: "People used to say to me, 'It's a love like no other,' and I understand that now. She's so precious and I just feel so incredibly blessed to have her. She's our world."

"To meet and fall in love with Richard. A man I knew I wanted to have a baby with and who makes me so happy, and now to have Belle – it's just amazing," she added. "Most of all I want her to be happy. I thought I knew, after all that happened to me, what happiness meant, but having Belle has shown me what true fulfilment is."
