Philodendron Brasil
Philodendron Brasil, aka Philodendron Scandens Brasil or Sweetheart Plant, is an imperious plant, which can decorate the house with its gorgeous heart-shaped leaves. Brasil grows beautiful long vines with wide, glossy green and lime variegated leaves which seems like they are painted with a brush in yellow and lime green colors on the dark green foliage. It gives some tropical accent to the house
This plant needs minimal attention to thrive. It can be positioned on a tabletop, a shelf, or simply mount on a wall. If you prefer the vines traveling upwards, you can easily prompt them to grow up poles or stakes. This is one of the fastest-growing plants you can find as it can double in size within a matter of months.
The Brasil can endure medium light, but it needs brighter conditions than most Philodendrons to maximize its lovely variegation. In low light, it can revert to all-green.
Similar to the Pothos Vine, the Philodendron Brasil only needs water once every 2-3 weeks.
