This narrative propelled me towards an unexpected climax, even though the ending seemed evident, it left me yearning for more. The character development felt erratic at times, causing me to lose track of the plot momentarily. However, the acting performances were exceptional, serving as the cornerstone of this commendable film. I watched it for the first time in 2024, and I am confident that its cinematography will endure through the ages. The editing was impressive, although the storyline felt somewhat disjointed. Nonetheless, the script was captivating and brilliantly executed. While the audience reception may be hyped, I personally won't revisit this film.

I just saw it again at the movie theater because they were showing old movies. Jane Austen's adaptation is nearly a perfect movie. The acting, screenplay, directing, cinematography, original score is remarkable but Keira's acting is Oscar worthy.
