Description

Sanguisorba officinalis v. microcephala 'Little Angel' is a compact perennial with dark green, oval leaves with scalloped white edges. Sanguisorba microcephala 'Little Angel' produces deep rosy red flower panicles in mid to late summer. These showy bloom stems are held above the foliage. 'Little Angel' is a dwarf variety that forms petite mounds.

Sanguisorba microcephala 'Little Angel' prefers partial shade to sun and consistent moisture. It tolerates wet sites and also average to dryish soil, once established.
