Product Overview
The Lutron PowPak RF 16A Relay Module with Softswitch from PROLIGHTING uses Lutron's patented Softswitch technololgy to control general-purpose loads from Pico controls and Radio Powr Savr occupancy and daylight sensors and prevents arcing of relay contacts, thus increasing durability. Lutron's Clear Connect radio frequency provides dependable communication with these RF input devices. An optional, low-voltage dry closure output can even communicate occupancy status to third-party systems such as certain HVAC controllers.
This relay module can receive wireless inputs from up to nine Pico controls, six Radio Powr Savr occupancy/vacancy sensors or one Radio Powr Savr daylight sensor and is compatible with the Lutron Vive hub. It mounts to an American-style junction box via a standard knockout and complies with requirements for use in compartments handling environmental air. A LED status indicator shows the current load status and provides programming feedback.

FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?
Lutron products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do I pay the return shipping?
We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.
What if my order was damaged or defective?
Please complete the form on our Make a Return page and upload photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.
How can I make an exchange?
We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

Special ordered products as well as custom colors and made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.
