Chad was born January 20, 1971, to Sarah Raymond and Louie Bound in Beaumont, TX. 

Chad loved his family and friends.

He loved to cook, fish, hang out, play dominoes, and call leaving voicemails on his love ones phone just wanting to hear their voice. Chad was a strong-minded man that believed "everything would always be okay shortie".

He is preceded in death by his mother: Sarah Raymond, father Louis Bound, brother-in-law Reginald Marks
