Kanye West: I Won't Let My Kids 'Do Playboy' Like Kris Made Kim, Kylie

Kanye West has ended his social media hiatus and launched a tirade against his former mother-in-law, Kris Jenner.

The rapper—who has legally changed his name to Ye—seemingly accused Jenner and the porn industry of "destroying" his family.

"Don't let Kris make you do Playboy like she made Kyle and Kim do ... Hollywood is a giant brothel ... Pornography destroyed my family I deal with the addiction instagram promotes it ... Not gonna let it happen to Northy and Chicago," West wrote alongside a now-deleted screenshot of Kylie Jenner's former assistant, Victoria Villarroel.

Newsweek has reached out to Kris Jenner for comment. Newsweek is still trying to verify the claims, and there is as yet no indication that Kris Jenner coerced her children to appear in Playboy.

But, speaking to Yahoo News in 2016, Kim Kardashian did claim that she felt like her mum "talked her into doing my first Playboy shoot."

This outburst comes amid West's ongoing separation from Kim Kardashian.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star filed for divorce from West in February 2021. Earlier this year, a Los Angeles judge declared that the 41-year-old was officially single, bringing their split a step closer to being finalized.

West and Kardashian, 41, are parents to North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

Kardashian then reached out to West with a message from her mother begging the rapper to stop harassing her, which West also posted to Instagram.

"From my mom—PLEASE," Kardashian's text to her estranged husband began.

"Tell him to please stop mentioning my name. I'm almost 67 years old and I don't always feel great and this stresses me to no end."

West also shared screenshots of a conversation with an unknown recipient about where his children should attend school.

"We need to talk in person," he apparently wrote in the message. "You don't [get a] say of where the kids go to school. Why you get say cause you half white?"

A response read: "Can u please stop."

In another screenshot he wrote: "You don't have so so [sic] over my black children and where they go to school. They will not do playboy and sex tapes. Tell your Clinton friends to come get me, I'm here."

In another slew of messages, West wrote: "Anybody that says I'm spiraling when I express the undeniable truths is a sheep. STFU and worry about your own kids. I obviously am dealing with wars at the highest level of control and discrimination based on the level I'm operating at.

"A conductor gotta turn they back to the audience to direct the orchestra. 'Oh Ye crazy' is basic a f–k at this point. I'm simply right."

The "Jesus Walks" hitmaker concluded his statement with: "I know girls who sell p***y that don't agree with how my daughters are displayed."

West also took another swipe at Pete Davidson following the comedian's split with the SKIMS founder.

Kardashian spoke out against her former husband's "constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media" in a statement shared on Instagram in February.

"Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye's obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all," she wrote, in part.
