We provide phytosanitary certificates to comply with international plant shipping laws. We will provide it for free.

Shipping: We will use DHL Express. This is the fastest delivery we can afford. Usually to the United States takes 5-6 days. Others are 8-10 days. We can combine shipping.

Packing: we use Styrofoam boxes. the roots will be covered with a bit of sphagnum moss. If you have other requests for packing, please contact us.

Guarantee: we guarantee all plant death and major damage with no possibility of survival with replacement. We do not guarantee light damage such as dead leaves. We offer a refund guarantee (terms and conditions apply) with 100% non-refundable shipping costs

WE SEND PLANTS COMPLETED WITH PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE AND DHL INVOICE AS EXPORT STANDARD PER PLANT. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AT THE DESTINATION FACTORY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CANNOT DO A REFUND. DUE TO YOUR COUNTRY REGULATIONS AND THE PLANTS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO YOUR COUNTRY CANNOT BE RETURNED TO US, YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Important: We are not responsible if your package is held by customs. Make sure you have an import permit if required by your customs regulations. So far we have been able to ship without problems in the US (ordering more than 12 manufacturers must have an import license), France, UK and Italy. But sometimes we can't clear customs in Australia (50% success). And we can't ship to South Korea. Please understand this condition

                               Warranty Regulations
** we guarantee your plants only when my package is sent until you open the package (travel guarantee). so if it happens that the plant dies after 2 days it is not our responsibility. I hope that by importing, the customer can recognize that the plants may not be at their best due to interstate travel. we do a 1X full replacement or 50% refund on condition that you must send a photo of the plant on the day of the package's arrival or no later than 2 day after the package's arrival. we will replace the plants that stop while on the way, unless there is a problem with paying taxes (taxes are paid by the buyer). and if the customer requests the day the package arrives (the package is late from the day it should be) then they are only given 2 days to send a photo of the plant to find out its condition.so the warranty applies from when the package is delivered until the package is delivered plus 2 days of leeway. I hope the buyer is wise to do export-import

Refund Policy


REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
