Hoya 'Krinkle 8' is a lovely hybrid of Hoya carnosa and Hoya carnosa 'Compacta'. The “8” in the name comes from the 8 small depressions on on every leaf, which give the whole plant an unusual, textured look. Easy to grow, great for a hanging basket.
The genus was named in Modern Latin in honor of English gardener and botanist Thomas Hoy (c. 1750-1822).
