ORIGIN AND HABITAT:
Garden origin (Nursery produced cultivar). The original natural habitat of this species is Eastern Asia, the Pacific islands and Australia. Habitat: Hoya carnosa grows in lowland tropical and subtropical rain forest and hangs high in the trees and is semi-epiphytic.
SYMBOLISM:
Hoya aids us in connecting to our higher knowledge, opening in receptivity to fate and its fulfillment. Bright and intensely clearing, Hoya creates a feeling of stillness through which you can hear the quieter calls of living - inward exploration, spiritual enlightenment, and alignment with the divine.
PLANT CARE:
Hoya Krimson Princess should be watered 2-3 times per month in Summer and less in cooler Winter months when the growth is slowed down and its requirement for water drops. Hoya Krimson Princess is quite versatile in terms of soil mix however a well-draining and aerated soil is very important for the health of the plant.
