During colder or warmer months, we pack our plants with proper insulation, along with heat packs or cold pack as an option, for packages that will travel to cold or warm places. We recommend buying a heat pack or cold pack if the destination of the package’s temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or above 80s respectively. No exceptions such as "I forgot!", "I did not know it will take you 5 days to ship", "I did not see there was one available" or etc...
