Yes, we do accept returns and exchanges. Customers interested in making a return should contacts us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns on international purchases.

We ship our rugs within 5 business days after receiving the order. You will be alerted via email when the rug has shipped.

We offer free shipping the Continental United States. We do not ship our rugs to P.O. Boxes. We usually ship our rugs with FedEx.

US customers outside of the Continental US should contact us for a shipping quote.

International shipping prices are included on the item listing page for each item. International customers should note that any import taxes or duties incurred at customs are their responsibility. Also, international customers should note that if the item is not picked up at customs, then the item is considered forfeited.

Rugs are rolled and tied with twine. All orders are then wrapped in thick plastic to avoid getting wet and to prevent other potential damage in order to ensure a safe delivery to their new home.

To maintain the beauty of your rug for decades, we suggest vacuuming your rug regularly to remove dirt, loose fibers and to restore freshness. For older and antique rugs, a more gentle vacuum or a broom is recommended. For all rugs, do not vacuum over the fringes as they may become caught inside of the vacuum and tear; instead use a broom or brush. To ensure even wear on the fibers in your Oriental rug, we recommend to rotate it about once per year, or more frequently for rugs in high traffic areas, and less frequently for low use areas.

We try our best to take accurate pictures of the rug. Due to differences in monitor size and screen resolution, rugs may appear different in your browser online compared to viewing them in person. Also, since rugs absorb a lot of light from their surroundings, a color of a rug may look different depending on the lighting conditions with the room, as well as the angle that the rug is being viewed from. Most of our customers find that the rug looks much more beautiful in person than it does in the picture.

We do our best to show you the maximum exposure of the rug and to explain any flaws with the rug. Most of our rugs are vintage or antique, and therefore it is not uncommon to see some signs of usage, which is part of character of the rug. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
