Rita Ora is no stranger to the naked dressing trend. In fact, the 32-year-old singer might just be one of the trend's main proponents, given that she seems to have channeled it at practically every high-profile event she's attended recently. Not that we're complaining!
Earlier this month, for example, Rita almost broke the internet when she wore a black see-through lace dress sans bra for the Alaïa show in Paris, while in June she performed at Aussie radio presenter Kyle Swandilands' birthday party in Sydney wearing an incredible see-through red lace maxi dress with nothing but matching (and suitably tiny) underwear beneath. Even Rita's gothic-inspired Met Gala 2023 gown by Prabal Gurung featured lace details and super-sheer panels for a sexy, lingerie-inspired look. Hey, when you know what looks good on you...
Which is why we weren't at all surprised to see that Rita has only just gone and rocked a *major* naked dress once again, this time for the British Vogue x Self-Portrait party at the iconic Chiltern Firehouse in London. Just take a look for yourselves...
The star stunned in an intricate bead-embellished black netted dress by – surprise, surprise – Self-Portrait, that she paired with black lingerie underneath, sparkly silver boots and some *seriously* impressive jewellery by Shaun Leane including a belly chain and thorn-detail choker necklace. The whole look is giving shipwrecked vibes with a high-fashion luxury twist, and we're absolutely loving it.
This isn't the first time Rita has channeled this very niche aesthetic, either. Earlier this year, the singer posed for Vogue Australia alongside her husband Taika Waititi in yet *another* see-through netted dress – and it was so good that we're still thinking about it now TBH.
