A well-deserved, multi-award winner from the American Hemerocallis Society. Hemerocallis Persian Ruby was presented an Honorable Mention in 2005, an Award of Merit in 2008 and in 2009 for varieties in the Extra-Large Diameter category and was a 2011 Stout Silver Metal runner-up. A tetraploid, Daylilies are quite drought tolerant once established. Our varieties are selected for their abundance of blossoms, vibrant colors, and hardiness in a variety of climates and soils.

Hemerocallis General Information

Rugged and adaptable, Daylilies are quick to establish and require little care. Carefree, pest resistant and free of Hemerocallis rust disease. They even grow under Black Walnut trees and along salted driveways. Outstanding! Idaho has restricted all potted plant material from being shipped into Idaho at this time.

Hemerocallis Plant Care

Tough, cold and drought tolerant, long-lived plants. Can be divided most any time of year. Division usually needed every 3-4 years for best performance.
