Welcome to Jadeitegarden official flagship, the largest hoya nursery in China eligible for exporting. We have been striving to cultivate new hoya varieties and some rare cultivars have been released to our VIP customers and we plan to release them progressively.
Please read below the conditions of purchase carefully before you make any purchases.
  • 1. All the currency in the store is in US dollar $.
  • 2. The online store is open to customers all over the world except for USA and Canada. For customers from the two regions, please contact our Canada store www.hoyagardencanada.etsy.com and our US store www.jadeitegardenusstore.com/
  • 3. Phytosanitary certificate is available with a cost of $ 30. For single orders over $500, we will provide the phytosanitary certificate for free.
  • 4. Permit to Import: Most of the countries will need a permit for importing plants. Purchasers are responsible to get the permit, which normally can be applied through your agricultural or food department.
  • 5. Importing Requirements: Purchasers are responsible to provide any requirements by the destination countries for the plants to clear customs properly, such but not limit to packing material, document list, special label etc. We are not responsible for any denial of entry, or any delay incurred due to the missing or wrongful information provided by purchasers.
  • 6. Exporting Procedure: based on the information provided by No. 5 and No.6, we will apply for Phyto and prepare for related exporting documents.
  • 7. Couriers: Fedex and EMS are available for international plants shipping. It takes longer for EMS.
  • 8. Loss and Damage: We will ensure to pack each plant carefully before sending them.  However, due to the nature of the plants, some imperfections may incur during the international transition, such but not limited to fallen leaves, yellow leaves, broken leaves, broken vines, etc. It is quite normal and once the plant is acclimated, it will come back to its shape. In case of a non livable plant upon receiving, the purchaser (only for Fedex users) needs to take photos and send to us within 24 hours ( upon receiving the plant) and we will ship a replacement for free with postage paid by purchaser.
