Kim Kardashian Posts BTS Shots From Her 2007 'Playboy' Shoot: 'I Look Like a Baby!'

With a mission to lose her baby weight after welcoming second child Saint, Kim Kardashian is going down memory lane to a time she posed nearly naked for Playboy.

The reality star shared throwback snaps on her website and app Tuesday, noting that eight years ago in December 2007 she posed for the cover of Hugh Hefner's publication.

"I found these old photos from my December 2007 Playboy Magazine shoot by Hype Williams and had to post them!" Kardashian West, 35, wrote. "They are so good. Awww, I look like a baby LOL!"

The mother of two shared BTS shots of herself dressed in a plunging red negligee and white cut-out monokini, getting glammed up with hairstylist Clyde Haygood and makeup artist Matthew VanLeeuwen.

And how time flies. The Playboy photoshoot was filmed for season one of Kardashian's E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Nowadays – currently in season 11 of KUWTK – Kardashian is focused on shedding the 60 lbs. she gained during her second pregnancy with son Saint.

"This feels like a really hard recovery but we will get through it. Everyone does it," she said during a recent livestream with Caitlyn Jenner.

Kardashian revealed that she was 130 lbs. when she got pregnant and was 190 lbs. at the end. With the help of breastfeeding and a healthier diet, she's down 17 lbs. so far and has set her sights on losing 70 lbs. to reach her ideal weight of 120 lbs.
