Danielle Dixon Flanders, 21, of Swainsboro passed away December 1, 2017. A funeral service was held Tuesday, December 5 at the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Franks, Rev. Ricky Downs and Bishop Joe Crews officiating. Pallbearers were Matthew Yawn, Jacob Yawn, Josh Anderson, Linc Griffin, Jacob Anderson and Reed Bennett. Drue Dixon served as an honorary pallbearer. Internment was held at Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum in Swainsboro. Born on June 11, 1996, Danielle is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Bronzal Dixon, Sr., her maternal grandmother Mary Carelock, her uncle David Goff, her special aunt Lisa Flanders, and her special grandfather Harvey Flanders. Danielle is survived by her mother and bonus dad Dana and Lamar Flanders, her father and bonus mom Bronzal and Rhonda Dixon, Jr., her husband Colton Flanders, her son Kayson Jase Dixon, her maternal great-grandparents Dan and Lonnie Griffin, her maternal grandparents Tommy and Betty Griffin, her special grandmother Mary Grimes, her paternal grandmother Sylvia Dixon, her brother Andrue Levy Dixon, her step-brothers Matthew Yawn and Jacob Yawn, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Orders placed in:
January - May
Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.
June - December
Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
