Looking for a part for my Mirage OMD-28

Hi,
I have a pair of tri-wire Mirage OMD-28 speakers in
a second system. 8 of the 12 binding posts are missing the lugs that go over the thread and tighten the banana plug. The first picture shows the binding post with the missing lugs. The other two pics are of the lugs themselves.

I am looking for 8 of these lugs (4 red and 4 black). If you have any idea of how/where to get these, I would be grateful.

I got parts for my OMD-5s from them but it was years ago. Klipsch owns the Mirage brand but seems to have no plans for it other than repairs.

Thanks, I had seen that page earlier but could not find any links for Mirage and gave up. This time, I went to 'submit request' and was able to send the message. We'll see.
